Beachdean offers the ideal place to enjoy your own holiday home. We are agents to all manufacturers and are able to accommodate your needs at competitive prices. We list below some of our charges:-
- Ground Rent - £1040 per annum plus 15% VAT (£156.00) payable in two equal installments (£598.00) on 1st January and 1st July.
- Rates - £450 per pitch to cover Rates, water rates, sewerage charge and refuse collection.
- Insurance - approximately £370 per annum depending on the value of your caravan payable through our agency.
- Electric - metered units used at Electricity Board supply .
- Gas - supplied in 47kg bottles as required.
New Caravans
These are supplied at the manufacturers recommended retail price plus delivery charge. Siting and connection free of charge.
Used Caravans
