CARAVAN DETAILS FOR BEACHDEAN

GROUP 1 DRAGON AWARD SUPER LUXURY CARAVANS

Wales Tourist Board have allocated their prestigious Dragon Award to all the Caravans in this Group. This award means that you, the visitors, are guaranteed accommodation in a caravan that represents both style and high quality and is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

This prestigious group includes the following extras for your comfort:-

Double glazing and full central heating in top of the range caravans with television, video cassette recorders and radio cassette players included for your enjoyment, whilst garden chairs are provided outside for you to relax in the sunshine. You will also find your beds made up ready for use as bed linen is provided in this group of caravans.

Your requirement as to number of bedrooms can be specified on booking. All the caravans are 12 feet wide with spacious interiors and the textures used create a homely, welcoming environment. Non-smoking caravans are available on request.

The master bedroom will have a double bed and other bedrooms have twin single beds. All bedrooms and bathrooms have full central heating and the lounge has a gas or electric fire. Naturally all caravans have hot and cold water, W.C., showers and the well-planned wrap around kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and electric toaster.

GROUP 2 DRAGON AWARD LUXURY CARAVANS

Wales Tourist Board have allocated their prestigious Dragon Award to all the Caravans in this Group. As in Group 1 above, this means that you are guaranteed high quality accommodation with high standards throughout.

The luxurious caravans in this Group are 2 or 3 bedroomed and all the caravans are 12 feet wide. Again interiors are built to exacting standards for your comfort.

The master bedroom will have a double bed and the second bedroom (and 3rd) will have twin single beds. Bedrooms and bathrooms will have heaters and the lounge a gas fire. Naturally all will have hot and cold water, W.C., showers and the kitchen and lounge will have colour T.V. and a radio cassette player.

GROUP 3

These caravans are of high quality and are 12 feet wide and at least 35 feet long. They have two or three bedrooms, the first having a double bed and the second having twin single beds. There is hot and cold water, shower, W.C., refrigerator, gas fire, full sized cooker, microwave and colour T.V.

GROUPS 1,2 and 3

All caravans are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pillows and duvets, but you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels. Your own pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers are required in groups 2 and 3.

Cot attachments are available for some beds in group 1 and 2 caravans at £10 per week. Highchair available at £10 per week. Please specify when booking.

Deposit 0f £100 per week on booking, balance payable 1 month before your holiday by cheque only. Full balance payable if booking cancelled with less than four weeks to holiday.

Please note that caravans are to be occupied by those named on the booking form
and any visitors are by prior arrangement only.

Discounts:

1. Special Senior Citizen rate as shown above when caravan occupied by Senior Citizens only for the whole holiday booked.
2. 10% off normal price when caravan occupied by two people only for the duration of their holiday booked.
3. 10% off normal price for all holidays booked and deposit paid before March 31st 2007.

Only ONE of the above three discounts may apply to each holiday booked.

Discounts do not apply to Short Breaks or Bank Holiday Specials.

Dogs are allowed in GROUP 2 & 3 caravans at a charge of £25 per week provided they are kept on a lead and not allowed to foul the Park, and not left unattended in the caravan.
